Official 6G Shift knob pics thread

Thought I'd share some pics that I received last night from Derrick at Anarchy Motive....

It turned out exactly like I hoped. Derrick is fantastic to work with, and his engraver is a true artist!!! Of course these things take time to design, machine, colour, clear, photo, package and ship... but that is to be expected with such highly customisable options. Now I wait for delivery.

I'll post up some installed pics, as soon as the package arrives.

Anyways, on to the pics.

Lucky, going on 4 weeks of mine supposedly being "shipped" (9 days since last update "going out soon") and 12 weeks since order. I will chalk up some of the delay to the holidays but even 10+ weeks is rather long.

Do you not have any tracking info? I hope your package isn't lost. Good luck bud.

I ordered mine on 4 Dec '16.

Don't know if that helps you or not :shrug:

I chose Anarchy Motive, knowing that there would be a wait. He just seems to be able to pull off any design in a much cleaner way than the competition IMO.

I was the day after lol I am in the phase that it is now just going to be a surprise when it shows up. He might do good work but this will definitely be my my only order. I have seen another company that does good looking work with a MUCH shorter lead time. 12 weeks is bananas.

I'm not trying to defend Derrick at AM, but I do know that the shift knobs are a side project for him and not his full time job. I certainly agree with you that the long wait time is a hard pill to swallow. Hopefully it works out for you. Since you ordered your knob one day after mine, do you have any images of yours yet? If it was in with the recent batch, it "shouldn't" be much longer to wait now. Fingers crossed for you.

Well it came in today to my surprise although a tad under good quality. Slight imperfection on the "6" and numbers are in a rather bowed alignment. Oh well.

Yo, shoot me a PM. That mark on the 6 wasn't there when it left. It definitely shouldn't be there. I just looked through my pics of the during engraving shots and it was clear there.
