And yes it does! One nice thing about black is that it hides gaps. Where on a white, or lighter color car, they stand out.

I told myself i was going to wait for a magnetic or DIB. Saw the black and fell in love and 4 hours later my black baby was in the drive way lol

It's just a hard-wire for my Escort 9500xi that has a nice bright red led that flashes when the radar goes off. The the detector is mounted up by the rear view mirror it's really easy (for me) to miss if I can't hear it. You can't miss a bright red light flashing directly in front of you. ;)

Hooray for stoli for posting stereo install pix! Surely there must be an award for this: "1st Mustang6G member to replace their stereo". Looking forward to hearing all the details once its done!

I'll measure and grab some pics of them, including magnets, tomorrow.

I still have to tweak the tuning a bit, but overall I'm pleased with the upgrade. It could still be louder, but to maintain the clarity that would be a big jump in component prices.

Maybe next year I'll have v2. ;)

Stoli, what did you use to interface the factory head unit with your aftermarket amp? I'm assuming you used some sort of processor?
