Corsa Xtreme getting louder?

Anyone run into their exhaust suddenly getting much louder under load? Around 3k mine has started to get mega loud and dronish. I've got about 6k on it's lost the clean sound it normally has as of late. I crawled under there and did a visual and I can't see anything obvious and plan on calling Corsa Monday. Just seeing if anyone has run into this before?

Check the reducing connector between the x-pipe and the stock manifold connections.

There have been a few people who found cracks in the reducer along the weld.

Seriously though, I've had the system for a few years so it's been through multiple WX cycles. She's my toy so I put 2.5 - 3k on her a year. I looked at my reducers but they sit so far into the x-pipe that I can't see if the welds are cracked. Driving next to a curb or another vehicle and putting the engine under load with the windows down actually hurts my ears. I don't ever remember it doing that, just a clean mean AF growl that was good on the old ear balls.

I remember this when I had an X-pipe with my Sport axleback (so basically the Xtreme), as well as when my friend with an Xtreme flew by me at WOT last weekend with my windows down. It is very loud (but awesome).

I've got over 41k on mine and haven't even gotten to two years yet.

lol..yes. Garage queen and toy. My daily is an Ecoboost FX2 F150.
