I was recently looking into leasing a 2017 GT premium convertible with PP, 401A, and back up camera. OTD monthly price including tax and all rebates was $636 for 3 years 10,500 miles a month with Zero Down at Tier 0. If the numbers are the same for the 2018 I may just pull the trigger. As I know after year 3 I will want to get rid of it with no hassles as I keep all my cars in pristine condition. I just wish they had a lower mileage lease available as i would only drive it like 7k Miles a year. Just Curious what other people leasing the GT are paying?
I hadn't seen leases less than 12K/yr, I think. Good thing with Ford leases thouugh is in that monthly payment is your annual property taxes.

Or, apparently you can now lease a hellcat for around $500/month. I'd be hard pressed to pass that up if I were in the market.

I owned my 16 GT premium for 45 days. I paid about 5K less than MSRP. When I traded it, I got back what I paid for it. I was buying a GT350 with ADM (not huge) so I'm sure that helped. The dealer low balled me and I told them, this is my final number, Take it or leave it. I can drive out of here with a 2017 GT350 or my 2016 GT Premium, your choice. After about 15 minutes with the used car sales manager, I got what I wanted. The way the paperwork showed it was they gave me 5k less than what I wanted but knocked 5k off the price of the GT350. I honestly did not care how they wrote up the paperwork as long as I got what I wanted.

The adds I have seen the monthly lease is $707, same as the engine HP rating.

I've seen both monthly payments advertised. The catch to the $500 payment is you need to put an absurd amount down.

Those ads are the old ones. Now you can them for $505/month with 10% down (around $6,500) or for $605/month with 3k down.

With average interest rates, $600 a month is about what you would pay to finance a $30k car over 5 years.

For someone like me who puts only a few thousand miles a year on their car and trades it in every 2-3 years. This is a great deal. I always wanted to lease my mustangs but they were cheaper to finance.

The old 707/month deal also required a $7007 down payment too if I'm not mistaken.

I'm at 11 months and 14000 miles. KBB says trade is 13k less than what I paid for it last March.
Not great but not horrible either..
Am I missing something, that does seem pretty poor; no?

Just for comparison sake. My 2015 VW Golf R @ 20k miles, according to Manheim, is selling at auctions at ~ 32k. It was 39 new and is about two years old.

Anyway, region and production numbers are big factors obviously.

EDIT: Ah, trade value. Sure that could be all over the place.

$0 down $650-$699 a month deals are easy to find, if you try hard enough 2-3k down low $500's are out there!

While its A ridiculously fast car for the money, I could never see myself in a dodge. I just wish Ford would offer some sort of Lease support on the GT.

I have found the same with the Mustang. I trade in my cars every few years also and don't put too many miles on them. Would love to lease a GT... Saw a hellcat deal for $599 but they never say how much down and sure taxes are extra too.. Hellcat is really slick but bet that is some crazy down payment...

For future purposes, I just sold my 4600 mi lightly modded Base PP GT for 29k. It sold within 18 hours and had 3 buyers lined up if the first did not come thru. It clearly could of sold for more. But nevertheless, there is still some value in these cars.

A base PP will lose less money than a premium PP. Good to know though. Not that I plan on selling mine anytime soon.
