That's stock. Tuned. And e85. With only a few miles on the car

480hp. With E85 on stock engine or CAI? Any other mods?

I'm knew to all this. I know what E85 is, but is their and advantage to that or is this just conversation about running with it. I have no problem fueling with super or 93 octane.

Secondly I see the three runs above, but the only difference I see in the description is the color.

Again, sorry for the newb questions.

E85 has a higher octane rating. 100 plus compared to 93/91 octane. You have to have a tune on non flex fuel vehicles. E85 is also cheaper then higher octane/race fuel but it's less stable and should not be stored for long periods of time. Also E85 from a gas station isn't always consistent so it should be checked with a vial.

Each color line is a separate Dyno pull.
Red is a baseline stock pull
Blue is a Lund tune only
Green is a Lund tune and e85 fuel.

Notice the box in the center of the screen
Run 1 = stock. 442 rear wheel horsepower
Run 2 = tune. 456 rear wheel horsepower
Run 3 = tune and E85. 480 rear whee horsepower
Thats about a 16% loss from the flywheel.
Stock Shelby GT350 5.2l is rated at 526 horsepower but all vehicles lose power in the drivetrain because it takes power to turn the transmission, axles, wheels etc.
so a 480 rear wheel horsepower is about 573 horsepower at the flywheel.

Thanks. With the tune will running non-E85 cause any issues when you're not able to get to a station.

The new Lund tune on a non e85 vehicle such as the mustang can run either regular unleaded or e85. It detects it automatically like a car that is flex fuel. Some tuners still use the old set up and you would have to drain your tank and re tune to run one or the other fuel.

Depending on your mods, I wouldn't run anything less then 93 if it's in your area. But this new program Lund is offering you can run either e85 or 93 and it detects it automatically just like a flex fuel vehicle. This is a good thing.

Is this the same tuning package/program that JLT did when they added their CAI? Tried looking it up, but I think they got somewhere around 467 with their tune and CAI.

Almost 40ftlbs at 3000 rpm - that's awesome and right were this car needs it.
