Scrapes and scratches on heads

Hello everyone. I got my mustang about 6 months ago brand new at dealer. I havent been under the hood until today because i havent modded beyond a catback. Anyway I was checking my oil level and noticed both heads were all scraped and scratched like the engine was dropped or removed at some point? I don't have any issues yet but i only have like 4k miles total so its new still. Here are some pics. I just wanted to know if this was normal or something others have dealt with?

This is sad. I feel bad for you that you're so wound up youre looking at scratches on a cylinder head.

Lol im not wound up. Its just something im not used to seeing on a brand new car is all. I appreciate all your input and wisdom though
