dried epoxy on my paint!

tried to epoxy the bumper back on, while doing so some seeped through crack overnight.. completely dried. any suggestions prior to taking it to a body shop?

You will probably do more damage then good trying to remove it.
The body shop probably has some lethal chemical to get rid of it.
