Finally 60 degrees .Hand wash car today in New Jersey

60 degrees here in New Jersey..Yea.Hand wash car..

I always hand wash my car... for two years. I don't care how cold it is.... I only hand wash...

I did not know this was a "thing". Ha, ha...

Also living in NJ, I don't see how one could hand wash their car when it's 25 degrees outside. I can't keep the outside water on during the winter because the pipes will freeze.

And OP, where in NJ are you from?

just hit 60? that sucks. it's been like almost mid to high 70s for all of winter here except like one weekend if not then definitely high 60s.

Lol, 60F here and everyone is wearing furs and running for the heating shelters, it's all a matter of perspective.

Seriously though, anything much below 50F and they open the heating shelters.

55 degrees here in SLC ut and my windows are down all day so far. Haven't committed to the wash yet, too much salt still on the roads.

LMAO here in TEXAS nice and warm 85 and not a cloud in the sky. One reason to live here :cheers:

I bucket wash at the local car wash... I can always get a bay when it is cold out. :lol:

When it is below freezing, I wash very, very quickly... have a routine. Not that bad... but then, when I was a teen, I washed 18 wheelers for a while...washing the trucks in winter, after coming out the mountains = not fun... but the pay was phenomenal... truckers tip very very well... ;)

Most of the time I can find a day here or there above freezing to wash. I'm in DC, not that far from NJ.

People are seriously worried about cold hands for 10 minutes? Not like you are going to get frost bite. Gee...

If it's cold, just fill a bucket with hot water from the tap. It makes it pretty tolerable in colder temps.

Live in NJ and always hand wash. Just wait for a 40+ degree day. But then again, it's not my daily driver.
