Oh I'm sure it is, we both have LMS tune and it doing the exact same thing. Ive contacted them multiple times and they just give excuses as to what I'm doing wrong. Ummm its a high 13sec auto, there isn't much to do. But oh well i guess, I just won't be doing business with them in the future.

I even posted 2 reviews on there site about the tuner and they haven't approved either of them, they only approve the good ones, so that tells me what kind of company they are.
I havent seen many reviews on youtube for LMS. try that route?

To question our integrity because the person that handles our current site (we are building a new one ATM) is away serving our country is unfair. He is a reservist, and he is currently away at drill.

We do not screen reviews. If anything the fact that every time that you have called or emailed us with questions we have been on top of your questions and comments.

Like I offered in another thread,"Nick, from going through your correspondences with us it seems like you have been having issues more with loading tunes than anything else. Like you are unsure how to load a tune to your car. We can walk you through how to load your tune to the car over the phone if you would like. That way you know that the tune is loaded correctly."

Was your car boosting consistent? I see your mph is very low, yesterday my time was very close to yours my car was boosting very inconstant.
running same tune as you.
Sounds like the stock IC is getting heat soaked, and the ECM is pulling timing/adding fuel to protect itself. It's a known issue, especially once you tune the car. The stock IC is woefully inadequate at transferring the heat load from the charge air.

You must have me confused with someone else, I haven't had a single issue with loading a tune. Every time it confirms that it has been loaded correctly.

And when you speak of the reviews the review I left was over a month ago which is a really long drill weekend for the reserve.

Nick K, your review was submitted 11 days ago. I spoke to you a couple of days before that on the phone regarding your tune results. You told me over the phone that you get terrible gas where you are at so I suggested try adding a few gallons of VP racing fuels MS109 to your fuel to validate that it is tune related and not octane related.

I remember talking to you vividly.

And he actually has had to do his 2 weeks and his drill weekend in succession. He doesn't come back until Monday, to be transparent with the community.

Two best passes of that particular day. Since that time, car has run 8.548 @ 83.50 in the 1/8...only changes were a tune revision, muffler/resonator delete, and catch can. Going back to OSW tonight and see if I can improve on the 1/4 times.

Note:
I thought it would be best to give some info on the three runs. It was a warm day at Atco. The charge temps were kind of high. Before the first run I tried to get the IC temp down but even waiting an hour before the first pass it would only drop to110 at an idle and rise to about 150 on the run. It left pretty good, but felt flat in high gear. looking at the logs it was pulling timing becuae of the heat soaked IC.

The Second run I hosed the IC down and was able to get the temp down to 88 at an Idle, and 135 at the end of the run. Much better, but as you can see I lost almost 2 tenths in sixty. Turns out there was a lot water still in pan beneath IC, I dump it all over the track, the officials where not happy. I think it would have went a 13 teen if I could have had the same 60 as the first run. It did not pull timing, it was adding timinng with no knocks. Its amazing what a cool IC can due.

Last run I waited about hour to cool the IC but it only dropped a few degrees from the first run, but still ran okay, did not water the IC. If I was able to hit the track when temps where in the 60's, and was able to get some 1.90's sixty, I think 12.90's would be possible with just a tune, but I'm just guessing at this point. I used the Cobb launch control set at 2800rpm and shifted at 5800-6000, 32psi for the tires.
