Jeff brought his car down from Detroit to Cincinnati for us to put some mods too.

He opted for a gt350 intake manifold, JLT Cold Air Intake, and Lund Racing 93 octane custom tune.

Team Beefcake Racing supplied the parts, and our partners at Finish Line Performance handled the wrenching.

Jeff wanted to make sure his engine was up for the RPMs, so we got after it with some Billet OPGS, Crank Sprocket, and an IW balancer!

When all was said and done, some very impressive results up top on this car!!!

Impressive! I'll admit I puckered the material on my couch as that tach approached 8000rpm.

if you are using stock tb then you use a reg jlt
if your using gt350 tb, you use gt350 intake, with a gt350 heat shield

Where's all the tq pre and post manifold? 365 and 37x? That seems crazy low. Was this a dyno tune or an etune? I'm not sure what the custom racing tune means.

My question is how much will this help, lets say in 1/4, based on gains only being in the last 1000 rpm?

Theoretically a lot since you can stay in 4th gear till the end of track so the power not dropping off will help.

This is amazing! My only concern is the torque, but wouldn't be a problem at the strip! If these cars had a flat torque curve at 400 lbft at the wheels, then omg! Maybe the 2018 with modes might achieve that.

Holy hell, me too - it sounded so smooth though, like it was totally designed for that RPM range.

This is my car.
Lies!

:D

Awesome setup, I love the idea of having that additional RPM range for our PP cars.
