I did the same thing! I wanted to track just how much I've spent / saved as well.

I don't have it on my work computer but when I get home I'll post mine. I'll add that I'm just as shocked to see how much I've spent. I could of just put it in the principle of the car... but eh

Out of curiosity, now that you see what you have spent. Regret anything? Will you not spend as much?

Some of those items on my list were used but NIB. So I did get some savings.. I show retail I would have spent 8800 in parts!!!!

Since I did it over 2 years, it never really hit home. Now looking at it all....man.

So I paid 33k for the car and plus 8200... I could have just done one of those 40k 727 hp deals.... and be faster.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Don't let it eat away at you. If you think about it, you've set your car up with some great supporting mods for a S/C! Now, go out and buy a blower and have some more fun.

That's the plan.

Figured I'd enjoy this n/a set up for a bit and then come summer time go blower or twin turbo.

Blower - probably go Whipple. So I can sell off my gt350 parts to help recoupe
Turbo - sell my headers and intake to help off set the costs.

I haven't added it up, but I figure that, when all is said and done, I'll probably have a $50,000 Mustang that cost $40,000 and is worth $20,000. I don't regret a single penny, though; I absolutely LOVE this car, and it's only increased with everything I've done to it.

I do this in an excel spreadsheet with a bunch of auto totaling columns like retail price, price paid, total saved over MSRP, sold price(when I sell the car and part out) and money lost after sale. I am a big list and numbers guy haha.
