Yeah, hopefully I don't get a window seat on this one. Still no allocation on Tamesis so I'd assume my rides on this one.

Fingers crossed I'm on this one but I think there are too many at the docks in line in front of me. I was only built 2.2.17

My build and shipping date was 20th January. Here's hoping it is added onto the Tonsberg! Would seem to fit with 4-6 weeks from build

My build date was 12/1 still no ship allocated and 2 wglobal tracking still shows no record found (sick of it)

If there were decent number of cars on Tamesis, i would have had very good chances of getting on Tonsberg, if i missed out on Tamesis.
But now looking at the number of cars on Tamesis, i am scared, that i won't be able to get on Tonsberg either. :frusty::frusty:

I think there will be lots more on Tamesis. But agree, I'm not so confident of tonsberg anymore

Seems plenty of cars coming. Dealers say increased allocations for March thru May. Cars in stock on showroom floor. GTs now discounted below RRP.

That doesn't sound right.

Otherwise anyone on a waiting list would just go get one from down the road.

Rang metro dealers last week looking for GT convertible with Nickel Lustre rims.
Most dealers quoted end of year.
Some dealers quoted Next month.
One has car in stock. On showroom floor. Sent me the pics. Went and saw it myself.
It's on Carsales, less than RRP.

So it's one car and still a waiting list...can you post car sales link?

Waiting times have reduced massively but I very much doubt a dealer can get a car in a month. It spends a month just on the ship so they'd have to have it already ordered, built and loaded on board and I don't think the situation has improved that greatly just yet. If it has they'll be able to show you the exact VIN in transit and make sure they specify that VIN on the contract. Most likely as you spoke to them over the phone they're just trying to get you to come into the showroom where the story will change.

As for the one in stock, if it's what you're after and not an ex demo and especially if it's below RRP, grab it NOW.
