I might try this on 93+ Octanium and see what the logs look like. Wondering if anyone else has tried it? I am seeing exactly 11psi on the 3.675 so that should put me at 13psi. According to their latest manual, it doesn't require a BAP until you go smaller. I have the 72lb injectors obviously or I'd be asking for a new motor.

3.375 pulley.... I think i would be running some better fuel than 93 and octanium.

I have a 3.5 pulley for sale for $80 including shipping an PayPal. I ran it on e85 but some folks have run it on 93 with torco or octanium.

I'm running a 3.5 on a 10-rib 93+ octanium. Lund box says my boost 13psi. 3.375 may be closer to 14.5. Next week i will be able to tell you what my 3.25 runs.

I keep hearing different boost levels for the same pulleys on here. Sounds like you are making more boost than I would be. Not sure if the 10 rib makes more load which makes more boost? We both have headers so I thought that was the only difference maker in how much boost you see.

run it and look at the logs is the only way to tell. everything else is hearsay. the tune has so many safety features if it knocking it will close the throttle and pull timing. i run the 3.5 and booster with 0 issues

Ive heard so many answers as to why boost is different, lol. Some say the 10-rib adds .5-1 psi, headers take away 1-2 psi, cats vs no cats, then most of all tune and actual boost reverence.

So what I have now is the Lund boost + box and an Auto Meter electric boost gauge. So this weekend or early next week I should have a better idea on actual psi.

Before the 6060, triple pump, and cobra jet intake, I ran the stage two kit with open airbox, 93 with octanium, nothing else really. Made 677 on a mustang dyno peak boost was 13.3 i think. Have you hit the rollers yet? Im pretty sure my 3.625 was pushing high 11 low 12 on the 6-rib.

Yeah watching a boost gauge for one is near impossible when you in it, and every gauge will read something different, and many boost gauges are just wrong. like said above you need an accurate MAP sensor and to data log it to get better accuracy. I would say most of the variance is the issues listed above.

Would like to hear if you see any difference when you get some data. Haven't been on the dyno. My only real concern about the different boost levels is if I'm losing it somewhere. That's about the only way you tell that your system is 100% sealed and your getting all the power you should be.

Yeah i guess technically I could be at 10 or 12 psi and my gauge just reads closer to 11.

So Saturday a local shop had a dyno day. Car made 701/560 with the 3.5 on 93. Max psi was 12.3 according to boost+ box. This was with a street tune. Sent logs to Lund, said he could add 3-4 more degrees if I wanted. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Bdmach1, my c85 came in today and started my tuning with lund. Once tune is good with the 3.5 I will drop down to 3.225.
