CJ, LT, injectors, and some FTW purple would probably crack 500whp.

As I said earlier, I came pretty close to doing so before I opened the engine up. I should be significantly north of that now. I wouldn't get too hung up on power numbers, though.
Sorry man, I don't think your dyno was all that accurate to make 491, didn't you loose to a car that made like 430? I do agree though FTW purple, ported CJ and everthing else might get close.

Not sure what you're reffering to?

What did you car baseline stock? End numbers mean nothing if you can't show what the dyno baselines.
380's iirc, I'll find my old graphs.

I agree an FBO car using a CJ mani and FTW purple may be able to hit 500whp on a great day/happy dyno. I think 490whp with 93 even on a CJ car is not typical of what we have seen. At least not on a dynojet using SAE correction. Most of us GT350 IM FBO cars are seeing 440-470whp on e85. A CJ is worth about 15whp on top, maybe. Cams will certainly be needed to hit 500whp on most dyno's consistantly, especially on 93.

I have 536 RWHP stock engine with just headers and tune with 100 octane Sunoco gas.

GT350 is exempt from this discussion.

I know I was being a smart ass. Sorry.
But he asked about bolt ons.
Gt350 heads, intake, gt350 spec cams for the 5.0 firing order will give 500+ rwhp. Especially if a cobra jet intake is used.

Don't be sorry. I was going to post that he'd need a GT350. So I'm a smart ass too.

I bet an FBO car with stage 3 cams, CJ mani, and e85 will break 500rwhp without headwork or GT350 heads/cams. Granted the GT350 head/cam setup could be worth a bit more power. Not sure if it would be worth the cost though. It's probably cheaper to port the stock heads and get custom cams.
