I been going back and forth with a few guy who claim they are making 500+whp with only bolt ons only and one guy is claiming 590+whp with only tune cai and intake mani

Not even close.

There are guys on here making only 450 to 470whp with FBO and e85. I think one guy might have gotten close to 500 with cams. Lets see who else chimes in.

with a built engine, 590 is absolutely possibe. Basic bolt ons and e85 will stall out at or just above 500 depending on how hard they spin it.

That's some super strong crack that guy is smoking.

bolt-on is a pretty vague term...

what other categories do you have? glue-on? tape-on?

Technically a Pratt & Whitney V2500 could be bolted on...
Well, there are tons of mods that you install with double sided tape :lol:

Some others, like exhaust, have to be welded on.

I wish they made bolt on condoms for some people. And we could use red loctite on the bolts... I really wanted to say nuts.

Short of breaking into the engine, which it seems like you are trying to avoid going that route right now, 500rwhp is challenging if not highly improbable. If you step into the cam side of things you could approach that but then you are borderline blower $$$ territory. Which would put you well past the 500rwhp threshold.

Close but no cigar. I don't think its ever been done with just bolt-ons. I have seen 466whp from a S197 car and similar, maybe a few more out of an S550. With cams it can definitely be done though.

CJ, LT, injectors, and some FTW purple would probably crack 500whp.

As I said earlier, I came pretty close to doing so before I opened the engine up. I should be significantly north of that now. I wouldn't get too hung up on power numbers, though.

What did you car baseline stock? End numbers mean nothing if you can't show what the dyno baselines.
