Hi there

I hope like me many of you here are petrol heads and enjoy all cars and not just one model or brand.

As such lets use this thread for posting videos about cars, motorsport and anything else motoring related.

So let me start with EVO car of the year 2016:

[ame]

A great watch, no Mustangs sorry.

So if you had to pick one in the video to live with and drive daily, the car is given to you for free, servicing provided, insurance too and your not allowed to sell it ever.

Which one would you take, bear in mind you need to live with it and drive daily.

For me 911R though I absolutely love the idea of that Alfa too.

Agree on the Porsche 911R - naturally aspirated engine, stick shift only, relatively lightweight, rev limit of 8500-9000 rpm etc, what more could you want from a modern car. Big fan of Porsche for keeping driving raw, rather than just following the AudiMerc crowd. Be interesting to see how big the difference is between the 911R and the GT350R.

If the Porsche wasn't there and I couldn't ever sell the car, at a push maybe the McClaren but I'd prefer a GT350R.

Yes on the breaking in I think Ford recommend on the Mustang no more than 4k revs for the first 1000 miles.

Yep, its the Alfa for me. Had a 156 and a 159 before the Mustang and would have had an Alfa had they not faffed around so long bringing it out. Mind you, I am glad they did not as I would be envious looking at all the Mustangs while driving my Alfa
