Just as well you did not get the Tesla.... you would have had to stop and charge it on that run:cheers: Friend can't commute to London from Hampshire (Tesla to avoid congestion charges), has to stop for a top up on the A3 on the way home every night. Does way less miles than advertised.
Two of the Tesla's I saw were on charge at services

V8 convertible, SA11..... parked on Marlow High Street this afternoon. Think it was Magnetic, but could have been Guards. They look really good dirty, and it makes me feel much better that mine isn't the only one like that at the moment.

Also a very shiny black 66 plate V8 convertible on the A4155 between Marlow and Henley most days. Got a return flash off the driver the other morning when I was in mine.

Yeah that's a lad up Fraserburgh way. His unfortunate meeting with the scenery happened about a month ago.

Looks like a £10K bill to me, possibly more.

Ah fuck! Is he on the forums?

Looks way more than 10k, that entire side is done for, ever pannel needs to be redone, which looks like half the car's sheet metal basically.... Surprised they aint wrote it off, but if no mechanical damage, suppose it's cheaper to fix!

Don't think he is.

Yeah, now you mention it, that is a lot of metal to fix and a lot in general... Plus will need a dose of good luck getting all the parts in a timely manner...

Apparently he's had the go-ahead to get it fixed. Must have been touch and go.
Phwar, close call, but, fair enough! dread to see that repair bill if insurance let him see it... My mum recently got tboned, 2011 fiesta, new rear bumper + door respray............... £2.5k. :frusty:

Think that's the first of the Grabbers we've seen being used as a lawnmower.

'Tis the season... it would appear!

Looks like it's still on P Zero (grip) tyres.

The way he's pushed the bottom up looks a lot like the facelifted version already.
Expensive way to do it though...

My gaffer caught the front splitter of his McLaren 675LT on a stone poking out the ground after some heavy duty rain on his driveway. Insurance claim is £14K. Front splitter from Mcca is £9K alone. Blimey. Expensive toys, expensive bills....
