Update: X-pipe is installed. It has a slightly deeper tone-wise but really no increase in volume or raspiness (which is good for my tastes). It pulls harder in upper rpms.

Scored these custom axle backs for only $199. They are AP Xlerators which are basically un-branded Magnaflow Competitions (only difference besides branding is that the Maganaflows are chrome) sold for a fraction of the price! I will get a few weld imperfections patched and get them welded on soon.

The axle backs are now welded on. The sound is very intoxicating with absolutely no drone. Even the exhaust guy was surprised how well the sounded.

I love them! They dramatically reduce wheel hop. The only negative is a subjective one. If you're sensitive to some NVH, the polyurethane red or black ones (different durometers depending on colors) might be the ones for you.
