Between the convenience seats and Recaro's. Do the headrest or tall backs interfere the helmets?

What do you do/prefer

I have the recaros now. I have to jack those things to the very bottom to fit in them with a helmet on. I am 6'1.

I found it to be roughly the same with the cooling seats.....

I preferred the cooling seats...cooling....

Do you have preference of which seat works better with helmet on?

I have to put my backrest tilted back a notch to be comfortable with my helmet on in the convenience seat. That is with the headrest all the way back, as compared to street driving. Not a big change, but a noticeable one, I am 5’11”.

I'm 6'4" and no issues with the Recaros & helmet. My helmet does occasionally hit the roof (over huge bumps) but not enough to worry about.

People may wonder why in the Recaros you can't simply rest your head against the seat without leaning your head back in an uncomfortable position. You have to drive with your head a few inches off the seat. They're made for helmets, that's why.
I'm used to it. Had the same feel in my old Evo.

I have the sofa seats with the headrest all the way back. My head feels pushed forward with my helmet on and it does touch the headrest. Also... my head, with helmet, is about 1/2 inch from the roofliner with the seat as low as it goes. I'm only 5'4", but I guess I have a long torso and/or giant helmet!

Best of both worlds.....convenience seats for daily driving and OMP/Sparco, etc... competition seats for trackss days!

Recaro seats in mine. I feel the headrest is too close to my head (I like to sit relatively upright). Therefore, I (like someone above) also need to recline my seatback +1 click so my head isn't pushed forward.
