I have FM Outlaws and they drone a lot but im used to it.
I want the Roush CAI because I want that deeper sound from the engine.

Will that nice deeper engine sound + the drone combo be really annoying?

The overwhelming majority of the time, you won't hear a thing from the intake.

I had the same combo as yours when I had my v6. The roush cai made lots of noise. The cabin was very loud because of it. It got pretty annoying.

Idk if this helps but I have the Airraid CAI and Outlaws and I didn't notice any change at all in sound when the Intake was installed.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I may hold off on it then lol. From the videos ive heard it sounds lke it makes a nice deep engine sound, but those people didn't have dronemasters so I dunno.

Thanks. But I specifically wanted the Roush because of that nice interior sound.

After installing the Roush ab' s and shorty headers you can no longer hear the Roush CAI, especially after replacing the resonator with an xpipe.

Something might help with your exhaust drone: Make sure all the bolts are tightened to the exact required torque as by the manual, and the exhaust hangers are placed not stressing the rubber isolator.
My borla exhaust droned badly when first installed onto the vehicle by a shop. Jacked up my car and figured out the bolts were not tightened with enough torque. Tightening all the bolts to 35lbft eliminated most of the drone, but still had some minor drone at 2500-3000rpm. Recently I noticed the exhaust hangers at axleback were pressing the rubber isolator. They should be placed in the middle of rubber isolator, allowing minor movement to damp the vibration. After the correction there is absolutely no drone at all with my exhuast.
