Looking to get a new Mustang sometime soon. Anyone think I would have any luck getting a new '17 Premium (manual) in the lighting blue with the 3.55, rear sensors & navigation out the door for $34,500? Maybe when the '18 start coming out there will be better rebates on the '17's? My local dealer won't go that low. They would have to special order that. Right now they are at $36,000.

You aren't going to get exactly what you want, you'll have to choose from what is on dealer lots. The longer you wait, the fewer choices you'll have, but the lower price you'll be able to get.

No one here can tell you what you'll pay.

I found mine for 34k and then added loyalty and student discounts for another 1200 off.

Contact Koons Ford and see what they will do. They are pretty much one of, if not the cheapest in the country. Your only in KY, so not too far a drive at all.
