Never heard of Tikore but will definitely check into them.

If I'm not mistaken there's no difference in lugs between the non-R or R. If you use the lugs on the CF wheels it should work.

Hmmm...I didn't know I could use a closed lug on these wheels.

Studs are longer on the front but the CF wheels have a thicker center section up front. The lugs are the same size as evidenced by their interchangeability between front and rear.
