I'm looking at Alot of different springs right now. I want to keep the same handling characteristics as my Stock PP Springs and go lower. The ride isn't overly harsh with my other suspension mods and the car launches pretty good. I get a pretty good weight transfer from a dig. I thought about drag springs, but I don't want a one trick pony, just the best compromise between handling and straight line performance. I know it sounds stupid. But oh well. I only want about an inch drop.

BMR SP080 performance springs. You could also do minimum drop fronts if you want less than 1" drop.

Steeda Progressives or BMR SP080 is what I'd go with.

If you want a little more road course-ready set, Swift Spec R (which should be fine for PP dampers). I got my best drag times with Swift springs installed on my car.

The BMR have been at the top of my list so far.

I haven't even looked at the swift yet. I'll do some research on those.

Steeda Progressive, rates: 145/225 front lbs/in Rear 525/820 rear lbs/in

Steeda's number one selling performance spring, with the best ride quality.

A couple of reviews to help with your decision:

Finally after waiting over a month, these springs finally came back in stock. Had Solo Performance install them. So far absolutely no issues, feels almost as soft a stock, but a tad bit tighter. I drove the wife around, and kept quiet to see if she would notice the change. Nope! I am in the clear!! Got to wait a week or so to let them settle, then off to get an alignment.
I have them on my GT and I can easily tell the difference versus stock. Steeda did a great job with these!
Same here... I had these Steeda Progressive Springs installed on my GT just over a week ago too. After driving on them for several days, I too can say they are great springs. I plan on going for an alignment this week too.
I will agree the Steeda Progressives are fantastic...PERFECT even ride height and perfect ride. Steeda got it right
And many, many more on the forum ... happy to help if you have any questions.

Best Regards,

TJ

This is probably a more expensive solution, but also possibly much more useful. Ground Control has an adjustable ride height kit for $500 that you can specify the spring rates for. So just get the springs the same rate as the PP units. I'm thinking hard about it, seems to have a lot of positives to it if you're into competitive events.

I have tried at least 8 sets of springs. The Swift springs were the best. As a matter a fact they were so good I put them back on.

I have the steeda progressive springs and it's just slightly stiffer compared to the PP setup.
