Hello friends.

Do you have any tip for nice wheels with TUV and KBA cerfication so we can use them in EU freely?
Since US wheels dont have our "fantastic" EU certification, you officially cant use them on roads. Things are ok, if you keep same size as original wheels, but - according to insurance company - if something "bad" happends, it can be problem with the insurance and they dont wanna pay if they discover you was riding on non-certified wheels...

So - can you give me some tips for nice certified wheels? Maybe evern some web pages?
I know OZ racing had certifikate but i actually cant pick any wheel that will suit my style.

Thank you for tips!!

Or - we can even discuss - do you even "care" about this or you just pick some wheel from USA, certified or not...? :)

Legislation differs from country to country. I know Germany is a bitch where you already have to get a certification if you change the wiper fluid in your car and Belgium is pretty strict too. But in the Netherlands for example there are zero regulations in this regard. So we can drive whatever wheels we fancy.

From the supplier I work with, most EU based wheel brands have TUV certification and the US based companies don't (unfortunately).

The brands with cast wheels (if you'd be super rich and up for a set of forged beauties, let me know :D) that have TUV from them are: Brock, Carmani, Fondmetal, Oxigen, RCdesign and Tomason.

A few I like for the Mustang are the following. They are all possible in any color and detailing finish too btw :) The supplier offers custom painting and detailing.

Personally I don't bother about the TUV, cause it's not obligated in Belgium. You just gotta stay within tire size regulations and you're golden.
