Hello Guys see if anyone had this issue , when I shut the car off the fan will do their cycle and shut off but the intercooler pump stays on , I tried cycling the ignition and even unplugged the battery and nothing, as soon as I put the negative cable back on the intercooler pump starts running ... Any thoughts or suggestions?

Did this just start happening or is it a fresh install? I know on TVS cars the remote turn on lead for the intercooler pump relay is still hot for 5-10 minutes AFTER the ignition is shut off ie intercooler pumps runs for a while after you shut it down.

Yes that's what I was thinking but she stays on all night if I don't unplug the battery ... the Whipple has been for about a month and it started doing that last night unless it was doing it before and I didn't realize it !

Looks like jhatley7 is on the right track for your problem. Since you are running a custom tune your installer may have hooked your pump power to a hot connection as opposed to a switched one and most likely got power from the engine fuse box so maybe check that first.

Check your fuse box under the hood and see what fuse tap they used.

Hmmm I will look into it but it's just strange that the fan comes on and off and the pump stays on , I think the relay is acting up and my mechanic thinks the same , thanks for the help guys I will update :)

That is possible. I've heard of other people having their relays go out, but their pump wouldn't come on.

Yes I have guys , some how water got into the relay shorting it out , thank god I was able to catch the problem in time so no damage to the Harness ! Very important to position the relay facing up cause the seal it's not good to keep water out !

My intercooler pump relay was DOA upon install and needed to be replaced. Not out of the realm of possibilities that your relay failed in the closed position or the relay contacts welded together and are keeping the pump on all the time. Once you turn off the car I would think the tune is no longer in the picture.

Sounds like a relay is fused to me.
