Got the Cervinis 4' cowl hood on my car finally installed on my car. It looks absolutely stunning! Flows perfectly with the stock body lines. Fitment is good but with require further massaging to get it to sit perfect. The driver's side front is too high and the passenger rear is too low. I've got the front bump stop bottomed out. Hopefully raising the passenger side hinge will fix a lot.

Wow nice been thinking about one of these since I plan on a cobra jet down the road. What do you think of the visible mesh?

I'm torn between this or the 3" one and keep the hood vents

What does it look like underneath?
Posted. Don't mind the shitty cover on the "CAI"

Cosmetically, it's damn near perfect. It doesn't have much function in my situation haha.

I went with the 4" because you know it's a cowl hood from any direction. It's very distinctive. The 3" isn't much taller than the raised hood lines in the stock hood and I think the vents make it look too busy. If that makes sense.

Definitely agree with you on this. You may have swayed me haha. I wasn't sure if 4" would be too much but these pictures make it look great.

I really couldn't be happier, honestly.

Do you notice a difference in intake temps? I have a the Steeda CAI as well and on a good day I run about 4 degrees above ambient, but most days it's 6-8.

Between putting under coat on the maf housing and the filter cover, it acts like stock now with better flow obviously. Around town I was seeing 150+ during the summer. Now I'm consistently 4-6 above ambient, unless I'm sitting for an extended amount of time.
