Let's see those budget drag set ups.

I didn't want to high jack someone else's thread. So I thought I would create a new thread for anyone and everything. Let's see some pics and prices if you can so people can get a better idea of what prices look like.


Rears Wheels: Cobra R 17x9 ($125 each)
Rear Tires: 275/40/17 Hoosier drag radials ($400 brand new off Craigslist)
Front Wheels: SVE 17x4.5 ($189 each)
Front Tires: 26" MT sportsmans SR front skinnies ($195 each)

28/10/17 Hoosier slicks on Ford bullet wheels.
4.5/17 Hoosier front runners on race stars. Incindently these are for sale if anyone is interested.

LOL yea momma liked her Nitto NT05Rs. So i'll sell these and get her a new set of 305s.:shrug:

No front runners as I have the Brembos up front but I picked these up locally for a song. Will be replacing the tires will some Bias Plys soon. Would love to be able to find a cheap front runner setup that will clear the brakes.

Rears Wheels: RaceStar DarkStars 17x9.5 (can't remember $$$)
Rear Tires: 28x11.5x17 MT Bias Ply ET Street R ($450/pair brand new)
Front Wheels: RaceStar Darkstars 17x4.5 (don't want to remember $$$)
Front Tires: 28" MT Sportsman SR skinnies (glad I don't remember $$$)

Hey man fronts wont work,pp brakes.Would u be willing to sell just the rears?

Do the 17x4.5s need spacers to clear the 4pot GT brakes?

Nope. I run them, no spacers.

17x10's for a New Edge Mustang and I left the 20mm spacers on out of being lazy. The tires are 305 Nitto 555R's which will replaced with some Bias plys more than likely.

Finally got my drag setup put together. Threw everything on today to test fit and its perfect!

SVE Cobra Reps - 17x9 +26 offset $130/ea

Tires:
M&H Racemaster 275/50-17 ~$240/ea
