Okay boogered up the front plastic grill cutting it open for the Big Mouth and would like to get advise on how to clean it up.

I used an exacto knife and some sand paper to clean mine up after using a dremel for the custom car grills kit

Dude, id be seriously careful if you decide to use a hot knife, if you mess that up there is definitely no turning back. At least with a dremel and following the line on the backside of the grill it's pretty straight forward and really hard to mess up. I did the top and bottom grill on mine and had no issues with a dremel and a sheet of sand paper. I did use a can of bumper and trim paint afterwards, which made it look even better.
