I'm rolling the dice waiting a few days to grab a 17 GT that the next round of incentives will be better then the current ones. Obviously it could go the other way so based on some of you who watch trends do you think with the release of the 18's will produce even greater rebates and incentives in August to blow out the remaining 17's?

Historically, I'd say no ... but I believe with the late MY 18 and no rise in interest rates coming from the Federal Reserve, we may be in luck that they remain the same.

When do August incentives start? Is it right on August 1, or does it take a few days?

$2000 rebate remains, 0% interest is gone for my area, replaced with 4.9%/84, however most dealers can find better interest rates than 4.9.

If you're real courageous, you can wait till the Labor Day weekend and see if they offer another $500, but the inventory continues to drop as well.

Actually inventory in the Twin Cities is better now than a month ago - I have a contact at Roush who said that Ford will still take orders until Friday (if you wanted to get a Roush car at least)

I noticed since early this morning, Ford has announced 1.9/60 as well as the $2000 CB option for my area.

In the New England area at least, these two cannot be combined, I can take the finance rate, or I can take the 2k off, but not both, and most dealer advertised prices already includes the 2k so the 2k will need to be added back to the price if the buyer wants to use the finance deal.

Unfortunately for you, 0%/72 ended July 31st. That would have been perfect
