4. BMR front and rear sway bars
5. BMR 1 Âľ delrin sway bar bushings
6. Stock GT 4-piston brake calipers
7. Stock GT 14in brake rotors and back shields
8. Steeda bushing inserts that work with BMR's cradle lockout kit
9. Koni Yellow struts and shocks
10. Steeda upper shock mounts
11. Ford K-brace
12. Steeda Lateral links with extended ball joint (delrin bushings)
13. Steeda Tension links with extended ball joint (spherical bearings)
14. Steeda front sway bar end links

Have the parts but need to install:
1. Ported intake manifolds (ported by your's truly)

Future Plans

None...keep the car driving...and have fun:)

Drivetrain
Might replace driveshaft with lightened aluminum one piece from shaftmasters. Need to think about it.

The overall goal of this build is to make the car handle like a fighter jet in the corners and add just a little more power to the car.

Suggestions are always welcome and pictures will be posted later.

Looks like you're off to a great start. The only thing I would comment on is the Air Raid intake. The stock box with a modular tube + Velossatech snorkel works the best without spending $300-$400 on an aftermarket intake. The Air Raids are known for the plexiglass warping thus raising IATs. The stock box seals the best and offers the best filtration using the regular Motorcraft paper filter. Be sure to post pictures!

Well...looks like I am a little late for that...granted I still have the stock airbox, but I will stick with the airraid system for now. Now if I can somehow fit the stock box to the airraid tube, then maybe it will all work out.

No biggie, if that's the setup you're running now and it works just stick with it.

What you think about hydro dipping the center console? Price isn't too bad considering a full CF center console would be easily over $600+.

I know it would be less expensive, but I am curious as to how long it would hold up...plus, JLT makes up remove the console entirely and ship it to them for hydro-dipping. Considering this is the only piece that I am looking for that would be out of carbon fibre, it might be worth the expense and go all the way.

Well, Christmas came very early for me...received the following yesterday from UPS:

1. Craftsman 2.25 ton floor jack
2. 2 pair 4 ton Craftsman jack stands
3. BMR CB005 Cradle bushing lockout kit
4. BMR BK 051 differential bushing lockout kit

Look forward to installing these this weekend.

On another note...what do people here recommend I should do with my spring / shock setup? Looking to lower .5 in the rear and 1in in the front? Recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Well, I was planning on installing the GT base brakes I got over the weekend...instead, ended up screwing up my lug nuts...needed to replace 2 of them after hamming them back on because I stripped the head of the lug nut. I wish Ford used a better quality material instead of what they did...well, will try again tomorrow after work. :(

Well...I am receiving my brake caliper paint kit tomorrow. So tonight, I prepared one brake caliper for paint. Here is a side by side comparison between an unprepared caliper and a prepared caliper. 3 hours of wire brush...sanding with 60, then 100, then 150 grit sandpaper. Then 2 coats of VHT exhaust manifold paint as a substitute for primer. Then color sand with 600 grit to smooth finish and key the surface for paint tomorrow.

I hope this will all be worth it.

Tomorrow I will take more photos of the actual process if people are interested.

And now the calipers are painted.

Just need to color sand tomorrow then apply a clear coat (not sure if I want to do a decal or not). As an aside, the caliper in the bottom photo looks just as good as the one in the top. The lighting is what makes it look bad.
