As titled I'm wanting to delete my resonators. I just don't want to hack up my exhaust and not like it. The car sounds great now, but,,,,,?
I'm coming from a 15 GT with the Xpipe and Roush axle back, that was loud.

I had it done this past weekend and it is loud when you get on it. You can have them put back on if you don't like the delete.

I've had my car for a couple weeks now and I'm just fine with leaving the resonators on. Car is plenty loud enough for me the way it is. IMO.

Id like to know this also. I think the delete isnt done to make it louder I think people do it because it sounds better.

Just can't get enuff!
Louder, more crackles, and more pops... like the R.

On my '15, I'm not hacking the stock exhaust... keeping it OEM bone stock.

But of course I do agree the R's sounds better because it's mostly raspier/louder.

FWIW, you can have some flanges put on the resonators and use pipe clamps if you really want to be cautious about it. I was going to go that route but that increases the cost several hundred dollars so I just took the plunge and had them welded in. I don't regret it at all. But I would say if you plan to go catless at any point, keep the resonators. Straight pipes (which is what exhaust valve open is) are just way to too ridiculous in volume and tone.

Definitely don't regret it...sounds amazing stock, removing the resonators is just that much better. The good thing is that in normal.mode there is no discernable difference, it sounds completely stock like it did before

It sounds good stock but does not give those pops and burbles that the R does. Mine are coming off on the 8th. My guy will cut them perfectly and I'll keep them just as I keep any stock part I replace.
