I ordered that spring this morning. Please share how it changes the feel and the pedal weight/effort.

Also, any install tips would be appreciated.
Haven't driven it yet but install was stupidly easy and maybe the quickest part change I've ever done. It was out in about 5 seconds. Use needle nose vise grips, compress the OEM spring and the perch came right out. I didn't have to turn it or pull to one side. Went back in just as easily.

Finished up building my subwoofer box today! Took quite some time. Still has to be carpeted, sealed, and wired up. But it's getting there. And took a few pics of the subwoofers going in.

Also noticed my damn switchback fell out inside the housing again. Which actually caused that side's rear taillight to go out! Couldn't believe it. Switched from off to On to auto and it came on again. Damn bulbs I'm putting superglue on it next time. Cant wait to try and fish it out of the housing tomorrow.

What brand switchbacks are they? Wrap your finger tip in 3m double sided tape and stick your finger in the hole and it's easy, trust me I had to do it 6 or 7 times using eBay switchbacks. I finally used electrical tape and they never budged after that. I did go to diode Dynamics though and they were worlds better, no issues at all.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately these are the diode Dynamics ones and this is the second time it's fallen out. Today I fished it out and put a dab of super glue on it when I reinstalled it. Also installed some resisitors to fix the hyperblinker.

Mirror covers and clutch assist spring arrived this week. Spring is in and I'll prep and spray the mirror covers later today.
Those clutch springs actually look like valve springs.... LOL!

Temporary $2.50 solution to the red dots until there's a fender badge available that I like.

Finally got around to installing the front control arms. I have a base GT, so both control arms are bushings. Went ahead and got performance pack control arms and J&M Spherical Bearing in anodized red.

Got these from Optimum Performance and his kits are always complete with new bolts, nuts, and instructions. OP also pressed them in so my install was a direct sway out.

Hardest part was popping the ball joints out. I used a big a$$ sledge hammer go the bottom facing ones and whacked it 8-10 times. The top facing one, I caved and got the Ford specialized tool from Freedom. Hopefully I can put more use of the expensive tool in the future :(.

Noticeable differences so far = night and day for me. I need an alignment again (i find it odd, but my steering is off and feels off). Going over bumps are crisp and not bouncy. Turn-in feels tight, but can't really conclude anything until my alignment is done tomorrow. Enjoy crappy pics:

Went and picked up a set of 17x9.5 and 18x5 darkstars with m&h drag radials and front runners for $800. Not the wheels i wanted but for the price i won't complain.

Messed with my exhaust some, and had opportunity to hear my car with open headers.

Holy shit. That is all.

Makes my fairly loud exhaust sound quiet by comparison.
