I got a nice size bolt on the outer edge of my front right tire. I'll need to replace the tire and am wondering if this is a good time to move to a square set up. A couple questions I am hoping to get some help on from this forum.

1) Will the 305/35/19 super sports fit on the front rim?
2) Pro's/Cons to this set up?

Thanks!

305’s will fit fine on the stock wheels. For the track you may like it better, but not a big change, expect slightly more tramlining on the street.

Why the 305 on the front and not just the 295?

While yes I do run a 305/30/19 on the front and rear on stock wheels, it's not ideal. I have a 19x11 wheel setup for racing that runs 305's.

You may need to stick with 295’s to keep the 35 series ratio. I have not found 305 sizes in a 35 series in the MPSS tires.
The mpss rear tires are 305/35/19 from what I've seen.

Mainly to be able to rotate and they seem to be cheaper than the fronts. I also track the car and have heard that a square set up is better.

When you have the right wheel setup too. True square means same wheel sizes, same tires sizes. Will 10mm make or break you? Nah. As far as rotating goes, that I can understand.
