Is the front poke a risk for contacting the fender when you turn hard? I ask because I have maybe 7/8" gap between the top of my current tire and the bottom of my front fender (not wheel well, the bottom of the fender).

I'm wondering if I take a turn really hard, the tire will contact with the bottom lip of the fender and damage the tire and the fender surface. Is this a possibility?

This is a pic of front GT350 wheel on my mustang with no camber adjustment. 295 Yokohama AD08R tires. Never rubbed. I run more camber now (-3 degrees) and they don't poke at all. Never shine the fender liner even under hard cornering.

I've made some tight turns backing into my garage, and haven't noticed any rubbing.

Do you have stock suspension or is your car lowered?

Just did it...285/325 setup

Wow I can't believe how great that looks.. Nice and I was afraid the 285's would be to much for the fronts.. I have a 2017 PP Manual, If I want I can do GT350 wheel's with 285's upfront and 305's on the back then I guess?? I think your front looks perfect.. I want my tires to stick out a little just like that. I will probably do 275/40/19's or 285/35/19's and 305/35/19's, I'm not sure what's best for the fronts.. I know I want at least 305's on the back for sure??

Handling wise, a bit smaller on the front might be better.
But I had zero issues with that setup.
Just make sure you get a good alignment. I didn't and it wore thru to the cords on the inside in the front.
On the back more is better.
325s fit just fine.
