Build and Price/ Website down or ? *Update try Chrome incognito window

Anyone have a sec to test Build and Price?
Has this been reported before?

See if you get stuck on entering Zip Code where it just keeps asking for a valid zip code. Tried 77339 and then some Dearborn zip codes but it rejects them all.
Please test on multiple browsers/OS platforms if you can:

Zip code stuck: Windows 10 Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)

*edit/update: For some reason, the zip code popup works if you switch to a Chrome Incognito session. In regular Chrome in still rejects all zip codes...
