Size of the Stock Exhaust for GT

I need to know the stock outer diameter exhaust size after the resonator I have read that the stock exhaust uses 2.5 inch size but is that outer or inner diameter. I have tried to use a string and wrap it around the exhaust so i can use the circumference formula but with out any luck.

Always measured as inside diameter.

I think its around 2.25 to 2.3 inches iirc.

Just measured the stock axle back I cut off in the basement and OD is 2.5". The rest of the exhaust will be the same.

So the ID is not actually 2.5"?

No, it'll be maybe 1/8" less.

Thanks man I appreciated. I wish you would commented first instead of the other guy because I just went and bought two reducers with the 2.5 OD. why do people comment if they do not know what they are talking about man just sad.

it's pretty close to 2.5 OD, I measured a few spots of the gt exhaust when i installed it on my EB. (pipping only)
