Do you guys leave it mounted in your car ? if you do, is there any specials location to hide the cables?

I don't leave it mounted. I only use it to load tunes and data log if needed for tune updates.

Most people just use the X4 to flash the car, datalog and read/clear codes. Once they're done doing that they typically put the device in the armrest or glove box. That's the advantage of having an Ngauge which is smaller and can me mounted as a monitoring gauge.
