Shenandoah PCA Autocross - 8/13/2017

I've been quite busy the past couple months for various reasons, but I was finally able to make it back out on the autocross course!

With this particular venue, there are a ton of surface changes that result in some sketchy traction changes. On top of that, the person who designed the course (being a Porsche club, it was tight), threw in some complicated corners that definitely took a few runs to nail down.

With that said, I was pretty happy with my times for the day. Placed somewhere in the top third of the pack, which isn't too horrible for a technical course on some regular summer tires. Like I said before, I really hope to upgrade to something a bit more sticky next year, but only time will tell. For now, I'm just really enjoying getting a little sideways when it's necessary

Woodward Dream Cruise | Mustang Memories 2017 (8/18 - 8/20/2017)

Made the drive with the CJ Crew up to the Woodward Dream Cruise to participate in Mustang Alley and the Mustang Memories Show hosted by MOCSEM on Sunday of the Dream Cruise right at Ford World Headquarters!

We got a chance to see the 2018 Mustang up close and in person on both the underside and a couple of different trim levels and wheel options. To read more on the 2018 Mustang check out the article on CJ's!

Just like last year, we had a blast and it was really cool to be able to park on Mustang Alley right there in the heart of Michigan. Downtown Dearborn had some great restaurants and bars to check out as well. Definitely a fun trip!

Mustang Week 2017 (9/5 - 9/10/2017)

Mustang Week was without a doubt absolutely awesome from start to finish. The location change to the Convention Center was a refreshing one and having the weather a bit cooler than the middle of July was a plus as well. If you've never made the drive to Mustang Week, then you're missing out - clear your calendar for next year!

GT350 Steering Wheel Install

Finally able to say I picked up the GT350 Steering Wheel and got that swapped out. It was on the preverbal "wishlist" but not at the top of the list... Well, I got it on and couldn't be happier. Install wasn't too bad either!
