It's still a rear inlet blowerI had my whipple stage 1 injectors changed for stage 2 and they had to lift the whipple.
EDIT: Just noticed you have Roush so ignore.
I hope I only need to remove the blower horn and throttle bodyI've made the swap and I have a rear mount inlet blower.
I was doing some other shit too, so there were other things that had to come out so I had to remove the blower anyways.
I see this on the Procharger install instructions but they don't say exactly how to do it ... likely on youtube somewhere but care to say how it's done?Oh yeah and release fuel pressure of course
Under the rear seat, unplug the fuel pump connection. Then start the car till it stalls and then crank it a little bit more to suck all the pressure out, maybe like one or two seconds. That's it. Gas will still come out when you disconnect the rail, so have a rag handy. Also be careful with the rail as it will still be full of gas. When you tip it, gas will pour out of it.I see this on the Procharger install instructions but they don't say exactly how to do it ... likely on youtube somewhere but care to say how it's done?
Really? If my car has been sitting for weeks, I don't need to release the fuel pressure?I made a mess the first time with gas spillage. Second, was prepared moving slower and placing towels to catch the fuel.
I didn't disconnect the fuel pump since my car was sitting overnight. If your car has been sitting for hours, is depressurizes on its own.
CorrectReally? If my car has been sitting for weeks, I don't need to release the fuel pressure?
Niceeeee! Thanks! Makes it easier to install a fuel pressure gauge lol.Correct
