Hey Guys just wanted to inform everyone that JDM Engineering in Freehold NJ offers both exceptional mail and dyno tunes for the 3.7L. If you are local to the area and would like the car strapped down on the dyno thats no problem, or if you are interested in a mail tune, either with or without an sct x4 included, Jim D'Amore can tune any set up including prochargers. Here is a video of my old 2012 3.7L that i put a procharger on. I installed it myself several years ago and brought it to JDM to have it tuned before i worked here. Made amazing power gains and driveabilty did not change at all. Reliability was great and never had a single issue with it. Custom Mail Tunes are $385 if you already have an sct device or $695 for the X4 with custom Tune.

Thanks for the added tune support! It is very rare that the V6 sees any love from aftermarket companies these days...

If it something simple like a gear ratio change then we will update for free but if different parts are added that require him to alter the parameters in the tune than there is an update fee. For example if you add longtube headers and a mid pipe the fee is about $75. If you add a supercharger and different fuel system it will be a little more depending on the set up.

we do install prochargers and turbo kits. There is certain kits that we choose not to work with because we know fitment and quality are not top notch but we can pretty much handle anything.

Have you seen the youtune video titled Twin Turbos V6 2/23 on this thread? He took Twin turbos off a F-150 V6 and installed them on his 3.7L V6.

not sure I see the benefit on a NA car for the price. maybe on a boost/N2o car. good to see other tuners getting involved with the dead breed of 3.7 s550 though

you would be surprised what you can get out of even an NA v6 with a good tune. With all the variables that the newer motors have and the ti-vct,tunes make a big difference. Here is a video of one we did 5 years ago with only a few bolt ons and regular fuel. Since then tunes have been perfected even further.
Car in the video had headers, throttle body and intake. In the summer with regular fuel made 290 rwhp. The car stock put down 250 to the wheels so not a bad jump at all.
