Honestly doesn't matter what hours they are working. Letting a customer wait three weeks for a response is both disrespectful and appalling. Feel free to makes excuses as they do. I'm merely stating facts. All of which are in every one of their threads. They seem to favor shop cars/high paying clientele. Leaving everyone else to wait in limbo, even other paying customers. There really is no excuse for that.
