I even told my service advisor, no Car Wash.


The first kid in the video was freaking out over my red lights and my heads up display. The second guy, the mechanic was also dumbfounded by my heads up display, which is why he kept saying Navdy. Then later goes on YouTube and watches the Navdy the commercia before starting work lol

and the reason he was driving so slow all the way into the bay is because I have a sidewall puncture. It was towed in.

When I brought mine in for a turn signal/brake light issue (side note: software update was their fix and it hasn't happened since), my service advisor asked if I wanted a wash and vacuum. I declined the wash, took the vacuum, I figure it's harder to do damage vacuuming. The vacuum job was half-assed (didn't lift the floor mats), but no damage, and they didn't wash it, so I was happy.

Did anyone else notice at 6:28 the tech was filling up my tires and he activated some tire pressure horn beep when it reached desired psi???

I would have been furious if I saw that they washed it when you asked them not to. That is terrible service and if it were me, that would be enough to make me never return to that dealership.
