Installed Kooks headers with cats. Took about 6 hrs and it sounds absolutely fantastic to my ear!! No "regerts"......

Chops, I'm jealous. A few questions:
- the exhaust needed a tune to be added yes?
- If not did you dyno it and check the air/fuel ratio?
- If so was it lean?

Thanks

I got my steeda jacking rails on, clutch spring swap and Ford Performance air filter installed today. Just need some warm weather for a wash and full detail.

Do they come any other way? Welcome to the Texas Gulf Coast. Yes, they do drop leaves but a week later they are budding back out. LOL.
Parked next to her in the garage. She is going to be driven, and driven hard this weekend.

No signs of growth here yet! Dammit.
Today (Thursday) was 21 degrees F. Tomorrow they say 71 degrees and sunny. Then for the weekend 50s with a lot of rain

Currently I've been driving it around town with no tune but not getting on it. I've been eyeballing the AF and it's fine. I am going to have Shaun with AED do the tune, I just have to log the base pulls this weekend to verify the car is in good shape. Luckily a friend of mine has a dyno, so I'm going to use it to do the WOT pulls and concentrate on AF instead of trying to staying on the road lol. I'm going to make the initial pull with 93 and see what happens....I have no doubt I could feed the car some octane, install some o2 extensions to move the sensor out of the cat in order not to get a cel, but I just can't make myself not take advantage of having the headers. There's too much power to be had and well......like most of us here, I can't pass it up lol.
