Update

Car is in the tuning stages now but ran into two issues. 1. Had to move the maf sensor due to noise 2. Had to move the o2 sensor from the headers because of the back pressure pre turbo was messing up the signal. Were gonna try moving only one sensor and just shut the other off.

well played!!! you should be able to leave the sensors there and just compensate. usually target .74 should get you close. but moving them IS better.

Yes we tried every route , come to find out something is wrong with my jms fuel max. If i unplug it the car runs great, if its plugged in the car will not hold an idle when warmed up and bucks real bad at part throttle. It also will not restart hot....... I think this issue is due to me wiring it hot all the time and not on the pedal.

Also when i moved the o2 to the down pipe i had an issue where the 5" y's off to the 2-3" pipes it was too short of a 5" piece to get correct flow for signal. So we left them in the headers , moved the mass air closer to the tbody and unplugged the jms and whola it runs like a factory car ! Let me tell u lag is not going to be an issue !!!! :eyebulge:

Love reading your threads man, great work. But definitely going to have to get a taller gear in there sooner rather than later.

Ya and so far all the problems are my learning curve lol !

As far as gear i have thought about it but it feels great lol ! But for the strip it might not work out well with a 28" tire

So now that my fuel system is fixed and pressure is normal again we are back to tuning ! Car is running great and on 7lbs of boost right now @ 3100 rpm. It spools quickly and is a lot of fun. Were going to stop at 11-12 psi for now until i do some internal upgrades. Ill get a video together soon for yall...

Got it all sorted and tuned ! We left the o2 sensors in the headers and moved the mass air closer to the tbody. The problem with fueling and the jms was 100% my fault and i feel realy stupid. I still had the ecoboost intank pump and that paird with the gt pcm made 115psi fuel pressure and with the jms it made 150 psi !! So now its got a gt pump and the jms back on and its fine now with 57psi at idle. Right now its on 7.5lbs of boost and its pretty fast! The fuel quality where im at isnt great for 93 pump, So the knock sensors were not happy at 11psi. Im going to upgrade the fuel system to return style and get better injectors. Then we will turn it up around 12psi on e85.
