I love Lightning Blue, especially in the sunlight. It would also look amazing with some silver stripes.
I got mine with the over-the-top dual stripes in silver/gray, and you are right. It's beautiful.

Maybe they should delate this one to since you're crying

Ok dufus, go back to 7th grade and learn how to spell.
lol

When I was looking for a low mileage S550 GT and saw the dealer had one but it was MM, I hesitated.

Then I went to see it and was blown away. It looked great, displayed various shades under bright sunlight, and had tons of metallic.

It also reminded me of a medium charcoal 1985 GT I had, which was my favorite among all the new Fox Mustang 5.0's I owned.

I have magnetic gray. I actually bought two Mustangs in a row with magnetic Grey. A 20154, then a 2016.

I think the magnetic is a great color. for me. I love it. It seems to kinda play down what it is. The blue is a great color though. At car shows, looking at the blue in the sun.. well, ya gotta be there and see it your self. I think the color really stands out in a nice way.

As far as dirty.. you sound like a guy that is visual. I think you will keep your car clean, regardless of color.

I put one of the coatings on my car, it looks great all the time. even 3-4 weeks from it's last bath. Walking out to it after work in the parking lot, it looks great from 20 feet. at 1-5 feet, the dirt shows, but it's more me being picky than anything else.

I don't think you will go wrong.

Hmmm....I am contemplating the same choice. My daughter and I favor LBM while my wife prefers the MM. They have their pro's and cons.

Ironically I think most of the MM pro's are also potential cons. It's a little more understated (good or bad), it blends in (may be more police friendly).

Exactly why I went with a Sterling Grey Metallic on my '14. But that LB was amazing when I first saw it. There was a MM GT at the stealership when I went back to pick up my radar detector wiring from my '14 and parked right next to it so I could compare. I liked both a lot and for sec I was like, that MM is pretty sweet, then I looked at my LB and smiled.

I would go lightning blue. My previous Mustangs, were Dark Shadow Grey and Alloy and my current Focus is Sterling Grey so I do love me some grey cars. However Lightning Blue is just gorgeous. When I saw an S550 at my dealer in Lightning Blue I couldn't take my eyes off it. The way it looks like a real dark blue in low light is amazing then the brightness of it in daylight is fantastic. When I replace my Focus it will hopefully be with a Lightning Blue Fusion Sport.

My vote, Lightning Blue

All though you can't go wrong with either

LOL yeah, we had just picked it up and 2 of my kids wanted to ride with me. The middle one was mad I traded in the Focus ST... until she rode in it later. Then she changed her mind haha.
