Just installed my OPG/TG(after a year of questionable WOTS)

Yeah, Ken says he pushes 8k like it's nothing. Just wondering about others experiences

And then there's the one poor soul here that broke his OPG on his S197, then broke his CS on his S550.

It was a peace of mind thing for me, watching the tach swing past 7000 I feel a lot better knowing my motor is 'technically' good for 750-800rwhp now, and I'm only at 650.

yeah about 5 seconds after the tensioners pump back up.

youre supposed to do WOT pulls and smile.

nah, not that i know of. i drove gingerly with mine since my BAP hadnt been installed yet.

BE CAREFUL! There IS a break-in period......Phoenix beat me to it though. It's when you start it up. BAM, broken in. Now enjoy the piece of mind it brings

If I were you I'd buy a new long bolt that hasn't been stretched/strained by a previous install

I have an installer for harmonic balancers. How hard does this thing go on?

I might be wrong, but if I recall correctly from my install, it didn't take anywhere near the torque it takes to tighten it down. If I had to guess it was about half as much torque to force it on there, I don't know think the bolt saw enough force to deform. Course I didn't have the aftermarket dampener, just the OEM pulley. Just my 2 cents.
