Is this something I should get ford to do or can 99% of people do this themselves? I bought oem ebay ones that i was recommended from here.

Do I install like this:

Or like this

And do I need special tools for install? Videos were showing I need specific amounts of torque and special screwdrivers.

they just pull through the valve stem hole in the wheel, wheel shops have a tool they use to thread on and pull them through, but other than that, it's no special procedure. are you installing them in wheels you already have mounted? or new wheels?.........

New wheels. Can we pull them through ourselves with pliers? Or go to dealer

Yeah most people have the shop do them. But if doing them yourself pay attention to the torque spec's, they can be easily over tightened and may even break.

You need a tpms tool that screws in and then you pull it but if you dont know how to do it dont do it have a shop do it so you dont damage it.
