Anybody Thinking of Trading In for a 2017???

What I've seen throughout the site is most people are happy just owning and driving their GT350, but is there anybody thinking of trading in their current model to get something they feel are missing or must have?

Grabber Blue
Lighting Blue
Ruby Red
Track W/ Sync

I personally wanted the Track Pack (not a current owner,YET) but now I'm more then happy to be able to get all the benefits of the Track pack with the Electronics pack and keep the Recaros in.

Prob not.. Trade in for a 2017 and the next best will come out 2018

Newp. Same car if you have the Track Pack. Unless you want to add some weight to your Track Pack... makes sense

No way, as the aftermarket will handle the cooling issues if I decide to do extended track time for far less money.

Plus a 2016 in my garage now is worth 2 2017s in the bush .......Steve

Let us at least have our 2016s first then we can think of what we have to do next haha.

there'd have to be a next gen update for me to consider trading.. plus mine is modified

Not the case if you have a '16 tech pack. trading in a '16 tech pack for a '17 with electronics pack will get you the following.

-Recaro seats
-Transmission cooler
-Differential cooler
-track pack spoiler
-aluminum strut tower brace
-soft touch upper doors panels
-three new color options

If that is what matters to you then by all means then get it. I chose the tech pack by my choice. I am supper happy with my color and can add many of those above options with the aftermarket all while having my car now and for less money as I did not want the Recaro seats.......Steve

Exactly. It would be like asking the R owners if they will trade in for a 2017 so they can get the backup camera :lol:

I've got a DIB track pack car. I probably like Lightning Blue better but not enough to go through the hassle:

I am very happy with my 2016 Tech pak.
Will prob do a little track stuff in the future. If heating stuff becomes an issue I will look into aftermarket coolers but really don't see that happening.
