My car was swapped from ecoboost to 5.0 and it only sat a 1/2" lower than the advertised eibach drop. So yes they will, it will just sit lower. The tires did not rub at all !

Physically they will fit in no problem, its the spring rate that is different and the car will sit about a half inch lower in the front. Call Eibach they will tell you the same thing.
