New Mate For My 350

Sold the RRS. Nothing but love for it. Might someday go back as the luxury of those upper tier SUV's is really pretty awesome.

But the Jeep SRT just suits me better. And is a much better pair for my 350.

All about American Muscle.

It really is a looker. So muscular.

It's actually rhino. But I can't tell two colors apart.

Love that it's flat. And as much as I like black, I just wanted something different.

I have a slight obsession with the Range Rover Sports, and would love to have one someday, but that SRT is a pretty sweet machine as well. Perhaps you could update your original post once you get a bit of time behind the wheel of the new rig and give us your thoughts on the pros and cons of each? I know I'd be interested in reading that comparison

Ha. I feel you brother. But I can tell you now. I had an SRT before the range.

Both very powerful and fun to drive. Both great looking.

The SRT comes with the suede racing seats which I hate. I'm having them install leather next week. Doing tints next week too.

The range is far more luxurious. A really special car. It's also extremely off putting to some people. Most especially my customers. :headbonk:

In terms of driving, the range is smoother. But nothing wrong with the SRT. It drives very well.

The SRT is more of a nimble fun driver. The range drives very big.

If I go back, likely it'll be for a BMW X5 5.0 which is also ridiculously fast, but a little more under the radar than the range. And that's only because there are bmws are everywhere.

In the end both great cars. Lots of similarities. The SRT actually rates above the range in car and driver. But I'll say nothing against it. It's a beautiful car all around.
